Refund policy

We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase, so we’ve created a fair and flexible returns process to make things simple.


FULL-PRICED ITEMS

  • You can return full-priced items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in original condition — unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns received after 14 days cannot be accepted unless the product is found to be faulty.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days.
  • Refunds are not available for discounted items.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN

To start your return, please email hello@sunhawkrituals.com.au and request a Returns Form.
Once received, print and complete the form, and include it with your item(s) when sending them back, we will provide the address.

Postage Costs:
Change of Mind: Customers cover return shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact us before returning, and we’ll arrange a prepaid return label or replacement.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

All SunHawk Rituals mats come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering genuine manufacturing faults.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear
  • Heat damage or storage in hot vehicles
  • Cleaning products, oils, or harsh chemicals
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Use on wet, rough, or outdoor surfaces

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@sunhawkrituals.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll assess the item and arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement where appropriate.
