Love this mat! I use it several times a week for pilates and it's definitely the nicest quality mat that I have owned. My boyfriend has also used it and sweated up a storm- I noticed it dried quite suickly which was a plus. Highly recommend!

It is not only beautiful to look at, the luxury feel and additional cushioning provides my wrists and knees with additional support so I can hold my positions longer.
I often leave it on the living room floor for some gentle stretches while I watch TV or for an afternoon Yoga Nidra session, where my whole body feels nurtured and supported. It has enabled me to enjoy my practice again.
